Michael Ende in conversation
Between 1988 and 1994 Michael Ende had a lively exchange of letters with Swiss scientist and psychologist Werner Zurfluh. Ende had read his book Quellen der Nacht (Sources of the Night) and was deeply impressed. In their letters the two of them exchange thoughts about several subjects: starting with esoteric to success, anthroposophy and modern art up to dreams and fairytales. Openly and very personally, Michael Ende talks about his problems with the modern esoteric of affluence and their gurus, but also about his thoughts regarding fairytales and dreams. An interesting document for those who want to delve deeper into the inner world behind Jim Button and Bastian Balthasar Bux.
